Great service you have. My 76yr old mother bought a $20 recharge voucher and the connection has stopped working all together. #100# DOESN'T WORK I wouldn't recommend your service to anybody. You really need a zero star option

Have had no end of trouble. Even had a complaints person she was too busy dealing with other people and hung up on me. Have spent over 10 hrs on hold or waiting around for technicians to turn up but never had. How Telstra remains a Telco is beyond me. An absolute joke. Was put on hold for 40 mins again today trying to get someone to change my phone number back after the NBN changed it and was told the supervisor was in a meeting and would call me back within 24hrs. To date, it has taken 5 months to get my line changed over, ... read more

Telstra Business strikes again!! Telstra are only too happy to have Australians sell you a product promising the world....then deliver nothing & only allow you to talk to India. Is there anyone working for Telstra Business in Australia who will step up & contact me regarding our business account, it will only take one person to want to help one of your long term customers? Does that person even exist in Telstra Business?
