We have just moved house and I have been without internet for almost 4 weeks because NBN never came to th old house to fix now Ive been waiting for that order to get canceled and every time I call I get the same answers it's in the middle of being canceled it's been four weeks now why is it taking so long to cancel something I'm sick of the waiting and the fact that no one is helping disgusting customer service.
Why is there a contact phone number for every other language except Australian

Useless. The most stressful people on the planet. Moved 20 days ago and still having problems.. Spend most of my time everyday waiting for them to call me back.. Today I text called and emailed at lunchtime it's now 8.30pm and I have not had a call back. They are billing me for god knows what and sending it to the old address STILL. I am sick of them apologising for their mistakes, assuring me that it is sorted etc.. And if one more person calls me MAM I am going to lose it.
