Absolutely disgusted in the pathetic service from Telstra!!!! ��������� My mum who is 80 years old, lives on her own & is a medical priority, has been without a phone now for 12 days & despite being told that it would be fixed 7 days ago, then fixed 5 days ago & then being promised that it would be fixed by 7pm tonight, I have just been told that it will not be fixed for another week. 54 minutes and then get cut off, that's the least of my problems, we have have moved 10kms from where we had internet, now we get the run around and keep telling us from a port not being available to the line is not good, please Telstra I just need a straight bloody answer I have three kids in high school who need the internet for school and I think I have waited long enough ( 7 months) for a straight answer.
For nine months you have been charging me for an internet service that I don't have. 3 months ago it was apparently cancelled and the money reimbursed, but still I am being charged for this non existent service. After 8 separate times of calling your hopeless service team I have now received a warning of account closure for non payment of bills. I'll be at the end of my account closing phone line waiting for your call. You won't be getting a cent from me until this is all sorted.

Telstra you are absolutely a shit company to deal with from costumer service to internet to phone calls to bills . My contract will finish soon and noway i will recommend this shit telstra to anyone .
And we are off to optus!! Thanks for nothing! 7 months of internet issues and 2 months of no internet switch to optus and by some magic everthing is perfect �
