It has now been 3 weeks since The internet and home phone line has gone out in my suburb. Telstra has offered no apology or explanation and when I called to ask what compensation we would receive I was told $3.20 per day. Really??? Every member of our household has had to use the data on our phones which we are now paying more than we should just to have access. Will the be any compensation for this? This service is not good enough and we will now be looking at changing to a supplier who values it's clients.

Still continue to wait 2 months on for my service to be what telstra promised. Very dissatisfied customer. I wish I never continued as a telstra customer.

So I noticed from last week I had no Internet connection- I called Telstra NBN for assistance, to find out that someone in my apartment block had called another supplier- gave my address and automatically shut my internet off. 1) This is surely a security breach, how can anyone call a supplier and cut off an address- without the new supplier making checks. 2) I have called Telstra NBN 4 times since Monday. Over 2 hours spent talking with operators & 2 complaints lodged 3) No one can give me an estimated repair/fix time � 4) ... read more

My son lives in chatswood and has waited since november to get a line for computer use....... Still waiting. ....no wonder he is struggling to forward assignments to uni. Has to spend money traveling to uni for no apparent reason other than we live like a third world country in regards to our telco.... Bad form telstra All because you cant find a spare line to give him... Shame shame shame
