Telstra is a big, rude joke. How the government were allowed to sell it off overseas ill never know. It's an insult to have to speak to these people when you have a fault and they cannot understand and have no technical knowledge. Out internet cable in street has been down for 6 weeks now. Numerous calls to report, each time having to go through the rigmarole of telling the story , despite them supposedly having on screen in front of them. Twice a technician came out just to say " oh yes, broken, has to fixed, I'll report to... read more

Absolutely disgusted in the pathetic service from Telstra!!!! ��������� My mum who is 80 years old, lives on her own & is a medical priority, has been without a phone now for 12 days & despite being told that it would be fixed 7 days ago, then fixed 5 days ago & then being promised that it would be fixed by 7pm tonight, I have just been told that it will not be fixed for another week. I have rung countless times to have this fixed & I just get the brush off with empty promises each & every time from someone that has no idea ... read more
