Telstra as an existing customer(but absolutely never again!!!), when an existing customer asks for a better deal, you don't lock them into a new contract. I never agreed to a new contract, I agreed to a better deal. For years you have had the monopoly of our local area and now other players are available, I have the right to find a better deal and I did with your competition. Seven years I've had shit internet been supposedly fixed numerous times is ok for a week or so then goes shit again so bloody over it the ceo needs to be taken to court for allowing the service to be this bad it is so frustrating and depressing should sue them for stress

Australian successful telco company that I support and strives to be the best. Many Aussies knock Telstra because that's what we do...however they persevere to be successful and profitable.

Telstra, Words cannot express the disappointment I have with your company. The experience I have had with you is far below par and the irony is that Telstra encourages business entrepreneurship through hosting “business awards”. Please get your act together FIRST!. Telstra was notified of my account closing on January 30 2017. They agreed I did not owe them a cancellation fee as I was going overseas and had leased my house for 2 years. I have returned to Australia but have. No fixed address and no fixed line. Telstra billed me for disconnection anyway. I got them to agree it was invalid. Fine they sent me a bill for reconnection. I have no account with them. They threatened me with ruining my credit rating snd more if I didn't pay them. Once again contacted and was told by the operator... read more
