I HATE IT! Been waiting for a week to get internet connect at home. At first you sent me an email saying there would be a technician coming over, make sure someone's home. I need to take a time of from work just to wait for you guys and you guys DID NOT even show up!! No email explaining why you did not come, no call nothing! WTF is this? Telstra thank you for the great service. Got our internet connected very quickly. Was contacted 3 times by Australian service assistants and that made a huge difference to our service experience. We can now move in to our house with the internet connected. Thanks again for the great service.
