Had to move to Telstra as we were being cut off our old system for the NBN and Telstra offered the only decent plan for our set-up. One full time business and four full-time uni students. Had it less than a week, and it's not working yet again. Always good when you're trying to earn a living/research and submit assessment tasks. NBN = No Bloody Network

On thursday my 76 year old mother who has never had a smart phone and barely uses the internet was talked into signing up to a plan for $59/month on a 24month term. She went in to the Hornsby telstra shop to ask what the second mobile number and charge was for on her bill (internet dongle) and came out with an iphone 6 and amplifier (its a speaker). First time walking in to Telstra at Westfield Pagewood. Thomas the store manager did not even try to help and we was frustrated trying to help my elderly parent get their new SIM card. Rather then providing us customer service he told us to "GET OUT"!! Thank you very much for the service !
