First time walking in to Telstra at Westfield Pagewood. Thomas the store manager did not even try to help and we was frustrated trying to help my elderly parent get their new SIM card. Rather then providing us customer service he told us to "GET OUT"!! Thank you very much for the service !
After 6 weeks of no home phone service, an average of 3 minutes of connection through NBN for our Foxtel and internet and having to use our mobiles for data, our calls have gone unanswered. Not that we haven't gotten through! LITERALLY...Telstra won't pick up our calls beyond the automated systems.
Onya Telstra. Can't get the basics right can you? Changing addresses & forced to go to NBN. Cut off my adsl 4 days before we move into the new house so no internet or emails in the crucial days prior to Settlement. Thanks again Telstra

have had issues with wifi for years finally after thousands of calls, them sending someone out to change add or remove filters, routers and cables I contacted the ombudsman, who then said there is nothing we can do!. Pathetic I think paying for wifi that cuts out every 5 minutes! Cannot go to another provider because they own the rights to my area so no win for me and my family but ofcourse what do they care they get paid while I struggle to get an assignment done for uni and kids to do their home work. very disappointed

The fundamental problem is that Telstra is too big and it cannot service the needs of its customers. It is a technology company with a number of separate functions. It has businesses consisting of domestic retailers, It solutions, domestic telephony, international telephony, mobile phones, NBN interface ( it is an ISP). The proposal by the Board to slash dividends to fund some activity in the future based on its current organisations structure is preposterous. I've been a customer for years with multiple services. Recently move houses and went with Telstra as my internet and phone provider and its has been a disaster, unfulfilled promises, uncoordinated, they try to be 'nice' over the phone but they don't hang up so you can't respond the survey... really disappointed... can someone please get in touch and resolve this issue?
