Are Telstra taking customer service lessons from the big 4 banks? Very ordinary service, very high charges. I am not looking forward to the NBN cutover when internet speed will mysteriously degrade until I very expensively upgrade my plan to get my normal (read poor) service back again.

2 years I've been trying to get my nbn fixed for and 2 years later i still get dial up speeds and 50+ connection drop outs a day. Utter rubbish company with rubbish customer service. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy let alone family or friends

The absolute worst business I have dealt with ever. NBN disaster. But yesterday my phone was suspended even though the bill was B’Payed 2 weeks ago. 2 lousy operators are useless.
