Today i received quite a large telephone bill on my account outlining that i had spent approx $1137 in telephone usage. I was quite surprised as i never nearly come close to reaching my limit, never the less, i thought i would call Telstra so i can understand my bill properly. I was unfortunately greeted and spoken down to by quite a rude lady who insisted that i need to be more attentive and pay more attention to my usage with my telephone. Moved from Optus because their service was appalling... only to find Telstra to be 10x worse. I have wasted so much time trying to deal with the most useless customer support team (literally days wasted). Now I am being charged late payment fees every month even though a direct debit has been set up. Telstra cant explain why the payments don't go through and now your customer support is refusing to credit the fee because 'the fault must be mine'. Hopefully by posting it on social media someone will actually take it seriously... read more
Absolutely disgusting... 1 month and no phone in my newly purchased business... I am disgusted with your poorly trained off shore workers that promise the world and deliver nothing... my business is not important to you and you should stop ruining small businesses... I would rather shoot myself than sit on the phone for 2 hours listening to your call waiting music for a staff of yours to say it has been soughted.
I want to know why my internet drops Out everyday for hours at the time No one at Telstra seems to give a &@“t They keep me on hold for hours at the time And when it’s almost my turn the line just happens to drop out But if you ring sales They will answer within 3 rings Everyday since the swap to nbn I get home start watching a show on Telstra tv without fail the internet drops out and back to free to air Waisting my money Telstra this is called stealing!!! I want some answers
