Thanks Telstra for wasting my time -As a Small Business owner, I am sure you can appreciate how time poor I am. It is now day 3, and your tech. support muppets have kept me waiting over 45mins each time just to simply reset up message bank, which some tech support rep reset to default when I simply rang the initial time to extend the amount of rings. Thanks for impacting my business!

Telstra you absolute joke. We get your 1000g per month internet bundle deal. What's a month when 1 week of that the internet is not working.. absolutely disgusting. When 2 or 3 people connect (Ping) or MPS on our games go too over 1200 - 10000... which makes it impossible to use. When one person uses it at 29 MPS. I don't get it. We are changing providers asap. Don't recommend this shitty company to anyone...

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH! After 15+ phone calls, they then made a mistake and actioned incorrectly! I finally spoke to someone that could understand my request (and it was not rocket science), they said one thing and did another! I was told there was nothing owing on my account and have since left the country, only to be told I am now been sent to Debt collectors for YOUR mistake. I would not normally take the time to write reviews but my experience with Telstra has been so infuriating hopefully I can save ... read more

I have had 2 subscription charges made on my phone bill which I was told when ringing Telstra on the previous billing cycle that it would be credited from my future 3 bills. I have now received a second months bill with the same charge and no credit! I am now $40.10 overcharged on two bills. I did not subscribe to this extra charge and therefore I will not be paying them and I expect a credit for these charges. For this months billing cycle, I will ONLY pay my normal billing fee. 50 mins on phone 4 people later last person can't pull up my a/c, weird how the other 3 could. One comment, oh you're breaking up. Me - well I'm on a Telstra phone perhaps it's your connection in the Philippines

Tried to call Telstra re: our NBN account. Transferred to 5 different departments, verified details each time, took 45mins to answer a simple question and I still don't understand the response I have been given. I have no choice but to pay extra charges on account or I will be charged a late fee if not paid
