I am fed up with Telstra almost every time I go in to one of their stores I either have to wait for long periods of time while staff stand around or play with their computers and most times they don’t know how to help and if I phone I speak to someone who does not speak English n I can’t understand. I have witnessed once when a customer was having problems and the staff were most unhelpful and when the customer left the store the staff made fun of them. Dear Telstra. Merry Christmas. I hope none of you have family around the world and defend on a phone line but me and my family do. Our phone line and internet services have been down since last night. THE NBN is a joke worse connections since 1990. Please address this problem asap as I'd really like to talk to my family.

I have just signed up,for another 2 year contract with Telstra for internet, landline and two,mobiles amd a couple of other things, and have been with Telstra for many many years. When I did this I was asked if I would like to join NBN through Telstra when it was in my area. Well it was available in my area a week later and I agreed to have it put in by Telstra. Well that’s.
