Tried to call Telstra re: our NBN account. Transferred to 5 different departments, verified details each time, took 45mins to answer a simple question and I still don't understand the response I have been given. I have no choice but to pay extra charges on account or I will be charged a late fee if not paid
Telstra I spent 3hrs on the phone this morning with you call centre. For whatever reason I was told our business phone was disconnected and I had to wait 24-48hrs for a reconnection. This was absolute bullshit considering we never wanted the phone disconnected. It was until I made my 4 th phone after being hung up on twice to your faults department where Francis was kind enough to sort out the real issue. Terrible service from Testra - I just waited 34 mins on hold to talk to someone about upgrading my phone and then got cut off before I got to speak to someone!! For a company in the communications business you are not doing very well!!

Useless service. No accountability. I have 15 conversations over a month period trying to get a phone number moved. The staff don’t care because they’re in another country and gain no benefits from helping. I’ve had nbn staff attend and say it’s got nothing to do with them, it’s for Telstra. So the process begins again. I go round and round. I try to make a complaint and I get hung up on. I don’t understand how this occurs in Australia where we have standards. 3rd world nbn, 3rd world service 1st world prices. Even the staff... read more

4 times i have been told i will get a return call regarding line rental as they refuse to create an account for me and i have not heard back! How hard is it to sort out line rental you own the lines for fuck sake if your not going to do your job sell them on to someone who will! 3 weeks this has been going on!
