You are such a great company to deal with Telstra - said no one ever!!!!!! 3 weeks for a new modem that some how didn’t get processed properly twice let’s hope that it’s the third time lucky. I would not recommend you to anyone........

They must have to try to be so unbelievably bad at their jobs. Customer service at its worst. I would hate to work for them. I hate being a customer its unfortunately the only service provider in the area.

Telstra is without doubt the most pathetic incompetent infuriating company to deal with. All we needed to do was move our account to a new address. They messed us around, we spent over 30 hours on hold over a 3 week period. Waited 3 times for 6 hours each time for a technician who never showed up. Tried speaking to someone who could actually do something, but after hours of waiting we’re told they were closed. Wish there was decent competition. It is beyond belief. Don’t use them!!!

I'm not one to publicly complain and calling seems to get me no where so here goes... I have my mobile data 'on' and as soon as I reach 100% you automatically charge me an extra $10 for 1GB. That itself if expensive for what you get, though my issue and problem with you is you should have the choice to pay the extra money. I'm lumped every month with a higher mobile bill with this ludicrous issue and I would like this sorted out ASAP. Thank you

Once AGAIN i am trying to gey through to this ridiculous company as i have been trying to sort out my account for MONTHS. My last complaint was 2nd of feb and apparently someone was to get back to me in 5 business days. Along with the previous complaint where i need to speak with my case manager francis who i was GUARRNTEED would call me back that day... which was about a month ago.... i am honestly done with telstra.
