Hey Telstra , not sure if I'm on the right page but would love to know what you can do for a very disgruntled Vodaphone customer ? I've had a very unpleasant warranty situation with them and I'm ready to jump ship after being with them for a very long time . Can you please contact me as to what you can provide . I am currently on a $47 monthly plan that has unlimited txt and calls and 2 gb of data I am keen to move over as soon as possible If you can look after me . Thanks Stuart

We have a property in Tanja on the far south coast of NSW, in a mobile black spot and a high bush fire risk area. The phone and internet has been out for almost a week. My neighbours have been told that the problem has been resolved but they still have no signal. Luckily we installed a Yagi aerial for a staggering $1500+ to have mobile reception in case of an emergency. Already 5 days no internet connection and Foxtel in Crows Nest. No solution whatsoever untill now. This is the third time in 1.5 yr!

My mother has been waiting over 2 weeks for her phone connection after being forced to move across to the wonderful NBN. This is when she has checked the box which says that she has medical conditions which require her to have a connection to phone at all times. Seriously what is going on with telecommunications these days?

Telstra is without doubt the most pathetic incompetent infuriating company to deal with. All we needed to do was move our account to a new address. They messed us around, we spent over 30 hours on hold over a 3 week period. Waited 3 times for 6 hours each time for a technician who never showed up. Tried speaking to someone who could actually do something, but after hours of waiting we’re told they were closed. Wish there was decent competition. It is beyond belief. Don’t use them!!!
