Well not impressed with Telstra at the moment as our internet has been frustratingly slow for the last month or so making business via internet basically impossible takes for ever to load emails etc we are in kununurra wa 6743
I have called telstra since 8.30am Sydney time and it's now 11.30am. I have spoken to 7 different people to sort out my phone bill. I am a Telstra customer currently on the NBN. I have been experiencing dropout issues daily for four months. I have had a technician come out to my address and I have been assigned a complaints manager. I have been trying to contact my complaints manager for nearly a month, I call about three times a week and I am told that no-one there can help me other than the complaints manager. Moved from Optus because their service was appalling... only to find Telstra to be 10x worse. I have wasted so much time trying to deal with the most useless customer support team (literally days wasted). Now I am being charged late payment fees every month even though a direct debit has been set up. Telstra cant explain why the payments don't go through and now your customer support is refusing to credit the fee because 'the fault must be mine'. Hopefully by posting it on social media someone will actually take it seriously... read more
