Purchased a new phone... had it set up in a telstra store... but was charged for their service. Even though I have neen a customer of theirs for many years. Took it home to discover only half my contacts were transferred over. Took it to JB HI FI and the lovely guy was not just more professional but fixed the issue and didn't charge me a cent. Explain this to me telsta why did i get charged for something that you didn't do correctly. Been trying to contact you ... with out response...

Allen Holmes WHERE ARE YOU (TELSTRA) IN AN EMERGENCY My wife carries a mobile phone purely to use in an emergency. We forgot to recharge the 12 month subscription which expired on 24/5/17 which had $270.00 in credit. I rang chat who initially gave the impression that it was no problem and they would fix. Chat advised OK to recharge only to find after I recharged they had not re-credited the $270. Chat then advised they did not have the authority to re-credit the expired amount of $270 and I should ring 132200. I did that and... read more
