Absolutely horrific experience. Firstly, it all started with sub standard service. Since then, I have tried to exit out, and have had a nightmare of a time, which has culminated in Telstra sending me over to a Deb Collector called Impact, even though I owed Telstra no further monies. I have no guarantee that this third party debt collector will not add a credit default to my name, even though I did not owe anything to Telstra. RecommendedHi Telstra, I keep getting a man saying he's from Telstra wanting info from my computer, telling me to sit in front of & give info ... he called me a liar... (when I said I didn't have a computer, as I don't have an account with yous ) so I wouldn't give him info .. he said he'd cut off my internet ... his number is 02 36778969... PLEASE HELP.. this is Not acceptable behaviour... saying he's from TELSTRA ... obviously a scammer �
Fix my NBN connection. ADSL2 regularly failed along with the phone and the NBN is the same copper lines in the street. Your faults desk send out a technician who at best can simply patch a failing system when new lines are needed. Importantly the suburb is just 15 years old. You want to get paid, fix the service.
