Internet keeps dropping in and out, they keep talking about me not having dial tone, finally someone listened, so now we all know the Internet drops out, only have to wait 1 week for someone to look at it, some in our area haven't had any phone or Internet for 3 weeks, small communities don't count with this mob, as soon as NBN arrives in 2 years we will change companies, you might have a monopoly in here now, but don't expect loyalty when it comes 1 out of 10 Telstra

It continues, I need to remote into my business and I have been unable to do this since 18th March just ridiculous have spoken to Telstra so many times I have lost count. I have to go to a different location to access, but it took me 8 days for Telstra to tell me there was an issue with internet and IP addresses. ( I obviously don't know what I am talking about) Still not fixed have raised it to level 2 problem, all I get is a complaint no had 3 now they open they close......over it. Disgusting !!!! That I have to have chest pains from the stress of Telstra and the nbn . Disgusting that I have had to hire extra staff while I have been on the phones for 30 hours in the two weeks. Disgusting that there has been no show from nbn technicians . And still no one can help me !!! They are quick to get their Telstra people to sign up people but not quick enough for a supervisor to contact me . Shame that at times if the dongle not working I lose phone lines and eftpos . Telstra have again let us down. Promised technicians never show. Then they have the hide to ring for a survey about their service and the technician. Told them received no service still and no technicians. Three times we were told a technician would be out. Three times fail!!!!!! Fourth technician rang to make an appointment for today(Saturday ) to arrive between 10am and 4pm. Still waiting and no phone call. We rang to follow up again as to why no show. If i could give you no stars i would. You blam congestion since 2015 and say technicians are on site to rectify. You still charge full price for limited service
