Absolutely disgusted in the service and product of Telstra. Would not recommend to anyone to use it. Customer service is appalling.
Telstra = Stress Signup knocked all phones and internet for two weeks. Joined to accounts together from two different suburbs. Internet out for 20 hours today. Now been days. Now told out for 6 days. That's why :-(

Telstra your Internet speed in absolutely disgusting and your customer service and problem solution team is even worse . I have been tolerant with trying to get Internet service fixed up by your technicians the past 6months and to no avail it's still absolutely shit. I am a premium member and get treated like dirt and promised the world from your company and get nothing at the end of the day . Getting No where with customer service or technical support... I signed a new plan with Telstra back in September. I have been over charged every month cause the plan was entered in the system incorrectly. Every month i call and have the same conversation to get it credited. I then went to the Broadway store where i pleaded for help. The man who served me here was very helpful and spotted the fault right away however he was told he couldn't fix the problem and it could only be done at the store i signed up with in Chatswood.... read more
