If i could give you no stars i would. You blam congestion since 2015 and say technicians are on site to rectify. You still charge full price for limited service
I'm in the process of switching from OPTUS to Telstra because of their poor customer service and communication skills, and now i'm seeing some very close similarities with TELSTRA.
