Some of life's mysteries: How many times does it take for Telstra to fix a bill misalignment? What is a 'bill misalignment'? Why can't Telstra employees talk to each other on the telephone? Home service not reliable and customer service is very bad. It takes a while to talk to an operator and they are not able to solve my issue! Disruptions since many weeks now! I am thinking to close my account with them! Knowing that they are very expensive! It is a pity not to have a proper service !

Absolutely ashamed to call myself a telstra customer . I am overcharged on every bill and is in some cases tripple my contract price and telstra has not offered any help in rectifying these issues. I will definately be contacting the TIO with a request to be released from my contract. I was a vodafone customer for years and i never had any issues like i do with telstra. Worst service ever.

Moved to Sydney earlier this year and incredibly our bill is still wrong. We have been charged double for our home bundle package for the last 5 months, and after hours and hours on the phone, explaining the same story, we are still waiting for resolution. The staff at the store can't help us, they direct us to the support line, I have called over a dozen times and no one calls back. I don't know what else to do. Can someone in Telstra land please escalate this? It's just plain ridiculous
