I am infuriated that Telstra charges an automatic $15 late fee after 2 weeks - without sending a reminder notice. My bills come by email, and I missed my last bill (checked junk etc, no sign of it) and the next thing I see is the $15 late fee added to my next bill. Telstra, you could easily send a reminder email just before the due date, but you CHOOSE not to, so you can STEAL $15 at will. I want more than my $15 back, I want Telstra to send bloody reminder emails. This is just entrapment.
