Appalling internet speeds and service. Cant even work their bills out properly. They need you to walk them through what it should cost. Ridiculous. May as well go back to ADSL 1 these NBN speeds arent good enough during peak times.

I have spent hours of my time on three occasions trying to get a telstra TV box which is part of what I have been paying for delivered. Tonight I actually had someone on the phone say to me take it or leave it. This is after months of them failing to provide me with someting I signed up for. This company leads the way in poor customer service and time sucking when you try to get something resolved. It should not take follow up after follow up, only to find out nothing you were promised was done. Telstra service sucks.

In the last 6 months i spend about 50 hours on the phone to get my broadband fixed. Now my phone line isn't working. I did call Telstra the first time on 13/6 i was advised a technician was scheduled to arrive on 14/6. No one seen on 14/6. Called again and i was told they were so busy and didn't have an engineer. It would be rescheduled for today. 15/6. Again no engineer. Case manager called me after a complain was lodged. Sorry but engineers are busy. We get back to you in the next 48 hours. Telstra get your act together. C... read more

I am currently fighting Telstra to recover $600 I paid them (and have the bank records to prove it) which they claim they never received. Their customer service is godawful, their customer records system is seemingly non-existent, all of their staff are empowered to offer no other service but to ask for your name, address and bank details for the 567th time in a row.
