I wish to acknowledge the great service from Jon from the Telikin support team.He helped us through a difficult procedure and was patient through the procedure. He was not only knowledgeable, but he was patient through the entire time. It is service such as this for seniors such as myself to take advantage of all the new technology in our society.
To whom it may concern, Having had over the last several months problems with my email, and having talked to several agent, I asked for the name of my agent during my last call it was Christine. She has taken me though all the steps that needed to be taken to remove email and pictures to make room on my computer. My computer is my lifeline, and when my e-mail stopped functioning, I panicked. Thank the powers that be, because when I contacted Technical Support, I reached Barry! What a blessing! He quickly solved my problem and also explained several features of my computer which will now help me to use it more proficiently. I am ever so happy to have reached this delightful young man and am grateful for his help and information. If I should have problems in the future, I truly hope to reach Barry again.
The WOW computer is so easy to use. I feel free to try anything on the computer but if something doesn't work properly all I have to do call Support. They always manage to get me going again. Christine is monumentally patient and tries very hard to fix the problems I call in about. Everyone at Support is so very nice. They always take care of my problems. I wouldn't be able to use the computer without the Support.

IT's a wonderful company. I have nothing but good to say about each person that has answered the phone. They have been very kind and answered all of my questions. They are just wonderful, I would recommend them to anyone. I am very happy I got the computer. Especially Bob, Christine, and Debbie, they were all so very helpful.

Phil did a great job, he's such an excellent employee. He knows his job and I was extremely frustrated, but he helped me to overcome the situation with my computer. He needs to be commended on a job well done, and he's an excellent people person and he needs to be recognized on his performance
