I like the ability get all the help I need when I have questions. I first worked with Tim and he got me part of the way to solving my problem. The second agent I worked with was Christine. She got the problem solved in the end and gave me some tips to help me out. She has good listening skill and problem solving skills..

I have tried to call the computer support technician and find that the wait is much too long! Today, I have been on hold for over thirty minutes with no response, just bad music. I have tried to contact them at their support site and cannot find a place at that site to send my inquiry. I am 72 and am doing this for my dad who is 94. If Telikin advertises as a computer company for seniors, and they do, they need to have a much easier contact procedure and more timely phone support. Wonderful product and support technicians, today I had Seth as my support person. They are completely familiar with product, help us our of any jam, and are always courteous. I would always recommend this product and company to anyone, beginner or seasoned user.

My computer is easy to run. Great help from the customer service agents. Christine spent many hours with me. Even when I swore it didn't matter. She was very kind and said we could get my new computer up and running Together we got it done.I believe she needs a raise!

I Vera D****** have been a customer of WOW Computers for several years. I love my computer, but I have had some problems with it during the last year.
