I just got off the phone after roughly a half hour or so speaking with Josh in tech support. I needed to be educated in the use of scanning photos and documents. This man was so kind and very patient and helpful, I can now do something I've wanted to do for quite awhile. He is so tech savy, he needs to be recognized for his talents. I just spent a great deal of time on the phone with Alex D., a support representative. He was very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all patient. I am a 79 year old grandmother and a widow. The Telikin Computer taught me how to be a computer person. There is nothing that I don't like about my Telikin. I love being able to call into support to get any kind of help I need! Christine made me feel so happy. She helped alleviate the stress I was feeling when she helped me. This is the best computer any age could have.
I bought a WOW computer several years ago, and while it is an excellent computer the service offered is sensational. I would only buy the WOW computer as long as I had this service.
Nick walked me thru loading and compressing my large documents so that I may successfully send them to the attorney and state for approval! Great response from Wow service group!!!
Tim was a great help too me. He let me know that my VIP was expired so I renewed and he solved my no incoming e mail issue . On a scale of 1-10 I give him an 11 for customer service skills. Thank you for all the help Tim. A very happy Customer Annette G*******
