I like the fact that the my computer is designed for older people. The support I get from all the agents is excellent. Today I worked with Christine. She was great at telling me what she was doing and was very patient.

I have multiple sclerosis, am disabled, and have spastic fingers which make maneuvering emails difficult at best. Observing that I had 7000+ emails, I decided to call for help. A pleasant, self confident, and friendly young lady, Jadelyn, answered my call. You should know that it took about an hour and a half to eliminate all of my issues. I love my computer! This the second WOW computer I've owned. I had the best agent help me today. Her name is Christine. She was very patient and gave me a lot of information about what was going wrong with my computer. She is wonderful and I just can't say enough good things about her. I wish I could get her every time I call in.

Andrew was just amazing!!! I'm a little old lady with no computer skills and was able to get my new computer set up and now I'm even using it now !!!!YEA!!!! He was unbelievably patient and polite with me!!! We even had to plug in things in the back of the computer that I didn't even understand what they were or where to plug them and not blow it up!!! - he give me helping suggestion on how to get to things and what they were for. I am an 82 year old retired teacher of 30 years. My husband passed away 6 months ago and we have 1 son who is in Afghanistan therefore, I have no one left at home to help me with my problem, He is not in the military, but works for the government. The only way we can keep in contact is by our e-mails as it is very difficult to get a call through to the states.
