I am a new user and have had confusion about what I can access online as I am accustomed to downloading favorite apps. Victor assisted me with explaining how, rather than downloading apps, I go to the specific web browser. He also assisted me with explaining how I can transfer photos from my phone, tablet and old laptop to my new computer. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional and is an asset to your company.

The computer is easy to use. Technical support is something I depend on. The call volume has been much higher than it used to be. Its hard to get through right now. but when I can get an agent on the line I get all the help I need. Today I spoke with Christine. She is patient, kind, understanding, and gives me confidence that she has the know-how to help me. Please get more tech, like Christine, on board ASAP.

I've been very lucky I have been using the support service for many years. Today I worked with Christine. I was especially luck y to get Christine on the phone. She was patient, very informative. and charming. She seemed to know exactly where I was at. As a result I feel more confident. The computer is no longer my enemy.

For Christine, I am sending this review to pay tribute to an exceptional member or your Wow support staff. I have had several positive experiences with Christine over the last two years but there are two instances that stand out in my memory. The first lengthy interaction with Christine occurred in 2018 shortly after I purchased my Wow laptop and needed to transfer important data from my desktop to the laptop. Christine I want to pay tribute to Christine who is ,in my opinion, one of the very top members of your great WOW team. I have had several extremely positive interactions with Christine over the last few years but there are two in particular that stand out because the time & technical expertise each took to resolve was noteworthy & ,in my opinion, deserving of special commendation by those in charge. this note is meant to express my opinion about my WOW computer & BARRY L.who helped me and corrected my problem. I have had my WOW for approx 7 years and have been so satisfied with it. I had some problems and got Barry l. who was just GREAT! He was so helpful, patient, and kind. u should be proud & happy to have him as a employee. i have soooo enjoyed my WOW. I went from laying in bed and watching in television to looking forward to turning on my computer and with the support from the staff at Telikin to now I can do multiple things and reach out to where I was unable to before because of a serious fall and severe asthma. I am now more active with all of my life going out side and breathing easier; less stress from isolation. This has completely changed the quality of my life for the positive.
