i WANT TO TELL YOU THAT i HAD AN EXTREMELY PLEASANT INTERACTION WITH JAKE FROM TELIKIN SUPPORT SERVICES 4-30-20. I LOST THE ABIL;ITY TO PRINT A 136 PAGE PDF FILE FOR A CROCHET PATTERN, I COULDNT RETRIEVE THE PDF TO DOWNLOAD A PATTERN THAT I PAID FOR. I GOT ANGRY WITH MY SPOUSE AND THE UNSYMPATHETIC HOOKED ON CREATIONS COMPANY THAT WOULD NOT HELP ME GET THE PATTERN WITHOUT PAYING FOR IT AGAIN. Bob has been an extraordinary WOW agent whose patience was well beyond any comparison I have yet to experience...He completely covered every possible option available in order to help me recover my email address . Further Bob even composed a document explaining all of my options regarding what affects I could expect based upon any changes I may decide to explore. Thank you Barry, I would not have accomplished this project if you did not help me. Because of the coronavirus, moms have to teach their children/ I am not very tech savvy to say the least. I have been so pleased with my Telikin computer. I have been pleased with all of the representatives that i have spoken to, and their knowledge about what i should do and how to do it. I am pleased with this product because it is very simple and has helped me to become more efficient in what it is I need to do as far as my correspondence and also as far as connecting. I am very pleased, and I thank all of you for what you do.
