Phil did a great job, he's such an excellent employee. He knows his job and I was extremely frustrated, but he helped me to overcome the situation with my computer. He needs to be commended on a job well done, and he's an excellent people person and he needs to be recognized on his performance

My name is Anita F******. I called Telikin Support with a major problem. I am 79 years old and don't understand computers. I received a gentleman named Don whom helped me with my problem. He spent a lot of time and had the patience of a saint. I was having trouble sending an email to my brother in Holland. my talk with barry lagler was so terrific he fixed my problem and explained as he went along with the job i have never had anyone this helpful. i and expressing my thanks for such a job well done my faith in wow is restored after other agents did not seem so helpful..you are so lucky to have such a kind knowledgeable and thoughtful employee. if i had a business i would try and lure him away to work for me.he makes the client feel so like a vip .

I am very happy with my WOW computer! I wish my HP laptop acted the same way as the WOW with ease of use and easy to fix problems if they occur. Sometimes I leave my HP laptop sit for a few months because I just cannot deal with it as it is too upsetting. James provided me excellent customer service today in regards to results and is an overall nice person.

The customer service here is very good, my agent James M********* was very patient and got my issue fixed. I have had my computer for about three years and I very much like it! If I have any problems with it I just contact customer support and they are able to fix my issues.

I would like to commend James M********* for helping me this morning with my computer issue. He was very helpful, patient and professional. Answered my questions. After giving him permission to access my computer, the computer is now working faster as it had in the past. Again, I appreciate James for his assistance. He is definitely an asset to WOW.

The tech support is very helpful! I would not have been able to get started with my computer without the help of James M! So far the computer has been great, it is my first day on it but so far it is up to my expectation.

Spoke w/Barry in Tech Support for a complicated problem w-email. Yesterday I spoke to another tech and he wasn't able to accomplish what Barry did today. Barry was spectacular in patience and knowledge to help me, a senior that's disabled, with limited knowledge of computers. He educated me in addition to assisting me. I can't rave about Barry enough! He is gifted in communications skills as well as understanding my dilemma when I couldn't express myself. Please give him the credit he deserves. Wish he could be cloned. Since... read more
