I have had an issue with my Web for many days. "THEY" came out and brought a new box...and so much talk... for "daze". Today I called Telikin and spoke with Victor. He was SOOO patient and helpful. I am So relieved he solved the problem and I have Web again. Thank you to Victor. He's a keeper!!! I love my Telikin and recommend it to EVERYONE especially to those who are not techy literate. After many years of service I still find the WOW computer a fabulous good investment. It's got everything you could wish for and help is on the cheap w/VIP service available quickly and easily. They have always helped me whether or not I had VIP but with it, I get quicker responses. I would recommend it to anyone.
