This is the second time I've had to get customer assistance with my Telikin computer. What a great group of trouble shooters they have. Jordon was professional and quick to solve my problem. He went into my email and assured me he would try to help and correct the problem. This is an easy to use computer for seniors and the visually impaired. I'd buy another one from them. Senior living centers and senior centers should consider Telikin computers.

I was on vacation and came back to the Comcast problem. Christine was my tech support helper. She was very professional, pleasant, polite and extremely knowledgeable about the problem I was with not being able to send email. She also noticed that my email was overloaded and helped me delete them. She walked me through the process of how to use email until it is fixed in my system.
