I had exemplary service from Ross this evening and I wish I had more people who responded to me the way that he did this evening. OMG!!! I had quite a few problems and questions when I called :57 minutes ago. I was SO FORTUNATE to get Kendall! Hello to one and all. Great news I have for you. I love my WOW and new HP Printer, they work great together. However, I have encountered a small problem when I couldn't get my computer to send a program that I scanned into it. I have just gotten this new machine and have had multiple occasions to request help in learning to use it. I am 80 years old and have had many years of experience in the computer industry. This is undoubtedly the finest computer that I have ever seen or used. In addition, this company is giving the absolute finest support that I have ever witnessed. One of the very best things about the WOW Computer and the Telikin network is that if I have any trouble, which is seldom, all I need to do is contact tech support by phone and the problem will be quickly solved every single time! The folks who answer are polite, knowledgeable, easy to understand and patient. I never feel stupid for asking a question. I am so very satisfied with this product and the service that goes with it! I would recommend this to any and everyone!
I highly recommend Telikin computer to every senior citizen. The computer is one of the easiest things to operate. There's no dragging and dropping like you have to do with other computers.
