This is the second time I've had to get customer assistance with my Telikin computer. What a great group of trouble shooters they have. Jordon was professional and quick to solve my problem. He went into my email and assured me he would try to help and correct the problem. This is an easy to use computer for seniors and the visually impaired. I'd buy another one from them. Senior living centers and senior centers should consider Telikin computers.

I was on vacation and came back to the Comcast problem. Christine was my tech support helper. She was very professional, pleasant, polite and extremely knowledgeable about the problem I was with not being able to send email. She also noticed that my email was overloaded and helped me delete them. She walked me through the process of how to use email until it is fixed in my system. I spoke with Christine and she was very kind and helpful. She cleared out my many emails and she also helped me place an order! That went through without any issues as well. Felt very well cared for from our call! I love my computer and the service I have received from the VIP Support team!

Excellent computer; I cannot rate this computer highly enough!..The technical support and customer service is outstanding! I use to work at UC Berkeley, and never got the professional and high caliber IT support that I get now! I cannot recommend the WOW computer enough. I use it for all my business and travel needs; and rarely need to ask for help; but when I do, I know that EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL help is just a call away.
