This is truly a great company that looks out for their customers. Yesterday I called for help and had the pleasure of speaking with Jacob. I was originally concerned my computer had gotten a virus but Jacob assured me that my computer is safe. I explained that I had unauthorized charges on my card and Jacob was able to determine that I was the victim of a scam. Jacob gave me the number for my bank's fraud department. Thanks for your response. There are scammers out there that try to tell you you have a virus. With our computer you do not. They take advantage of people using Windows.
I just received help ordering something that I was unable to order by myself because I am very visually impaired from your support tech David. I want to give David a special recommendation for being so patient and helping me order the correct item. All the support techs at WOW computers are very helpful and understanding. Please give them a raise because answering the telephone is very hard when people aren't patient anymore, And sometimes they can be rude so it takes a lot of patience to deal with them.
