Phil did exceptional work in letting me know how my internet is performing. I just got the modem replaced, and he helped me check that it was performing up to par.
I have used the Telikin support group since I purchased my computer and have been satisfied with their service. However, today I spoke with Christine and she walked me through how to print a photo. I have had to call each time I need to print a photo but this is the first time that each step was explained to me in detail. Christine, was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. In all of the years that I have owned my Telikin, I have needed information onj various areas, talking with many operators. Christine, the operator I talked with today was the very best of all. Her happy voice made me very welcome. And her answers to my questions let me know that she really did no her subject! What a terrific person.! Furthermore, I am 94 years of age and my Telikin is very important to me. A great product!!
I thank whomever created this Computer WOW computer are godsends they have brought the older generation to the 21st century.The older generation could not have gotten there with without them. I pray for them to be blessed everyday and every night! There are no words to thank them for this wonderful wonderful computer. I pray for them every night. They are geniuses. I send my love to them always.
The help that I receive is far superior to any other product and I think it was the VIP support that helped. Emmeline was my support this time. I have had others and most of them are pretty good but she helped me to a large amount when I needed it. I appreciate so much the help and especially in the finding documents in the file manager. Emmeline was pleasant and easy to talk to.
