Hello, good evening: Since the purchase of & receipt of my Telikin Computer my Telikin computer and my DeskJet Plus 4100 printer, I am a very happy customer! The two products are very easy to use! When I experienced a problem or had a question, Customer Service or Tech Support was on point! I have spoken with Andrew, Andre, Jose/Hosea and Phil and experienced topknotched customer service/IT Tech Support!! Alex D patiently helped me understand a variety of problems that I could not understand by myself. I am hearing impaired but he made himself very understandable. I appreciate the help line from Telikin.

Today I worked with Christine. There are not enough Kudos for her today. She is by far the most knowledgeable and personable support agent that I have had the fortunate pleasure of working with. Without the assistance of Christine today i wouldn't have been able to accomplish anything. I would only hope that the next time I need some assistance I could get Christine again. IF WOW provides the type of training that Christine has had all of its employees should be very thankful as well as WOW's customers.

Saquiba was extremely helpful in helping me to be able to print off my christmas patterns. My granddaughter will deeply appreciate getting the gift. She was polite, extremely personal, empathetic, and knowledgeable. I received excellent customer service. Its because of people like this that are able to retain computer phobic customers like me. Thank you very much for helping me.

MY ***Computer is very easy to use. When I do have a problem I can call customer service 7 days a week to get the help I need. My support person today was Christine and she was excellent!.She explained what she was doing to fix the problems I was having.I wish I could always request her when I call technical support.

I'm very happy with the time I spent on the phone with my Telikin support agent, Christine. She knew how to find the problem and work on the solution for as long as took to get my email working again. I really like my computer. It was given to me as gift from my son in law. It is simple to use. If I do ever have a problem the support agents are always helpful and never make me feel foolish when I ask a question.

Alec was exceptionally helpful to me as I had to navigate through an application process. He was kind and patient and tempered my frustration with the technology. He remained on the phone with me so that the application was successfully submitted for an important driver's license renewal. He waited while I had to find documents. I move slowly because of MS. Alec is an outstanding employee. I never felt as though I was an imposition. Thank you, Linda W****

I appreciate that my computer doesn't get any viruses. Getting on this computer is pleasure. My old computer was a chore to use. I definitely like being able to call support for any problem I might have. The agent I worked with today, Christine, took the time to make sure I got things right. I wish all of the agents were like her. She is knowledgeable about technology. It was a pleasure to have her working with me today.
