I would like to commend Cole from Telikin Computers for exceptional service ! He spent approximately 1 hour in an attempt to resolve my technical issue with Telus, a Communications Company from B.C. He examined my Google account to make sure that it was in order -& he gave expert advice as to how to deal with Telus. I had multiple problems with the telikin. Nick R was my tech and he calmed me knew what to do and investigated, traced it, fixed life should be this easy all of the. i can always depend on telikin to be there when i need them to fix my problem, regardless of the complexity. technicians are there and its never half way help. They are fully there,
i have had the most wonderful experience talking with a tech support named Nick R. throughout the years that i have owned Telikin/WOW, i had often called VIP tech for help. You have great employees very knowledgeable, however Nick R was so OUTSTANDING helping me to use new telikin with old hp printer (i was previously told that my old printer is not compatible). Hello my Andrea I was working with Mary. She help me so much I haven't been able to use my computer for awhile. She helped me set up an email and went over some some the functions of the email app. She went over the benefits of having VIP with me. I loved working with her and would love to work with her some more she gave me the one on one attention I needed. We also discovered my computer likes being called Georgia.
GARY AND DANIEL HELPED ME GREATLY IN STRAIGHTENING OUT MY ACCT. I WISH I COULD GET ONE OF THEM ON ALL OF MY CALLS. lol
Daniel S**** is one of the most outstanding tech support people I have ever worked with. He is an asset to your company. I wish there were more people who were as caring and concerned about helping others. He is a very Special person and I wish we had more people like Daniel and the world would be in a better place now. We need more people like Daniel in the White House and I am very serious when I mention that.
I am so Excited with the Telikin computer and Excited To work with Mary she fix my email problem within 5 minutes. I have had other people working on this problem for two week, And she set the email and she went right long explaining every thing to me. I am very very happy. Mary need a raise.
