Today I worked with Christine from Support. She went over and above in solving the problem and explaining what she was doing in my computer. There have been some problems with my computer lately. I called into customer support and worked with Christine. She was personal and through with her help. She went to the limit to try to fix all the problems on this one phone call. She gave me good advice and taught me things that I didn't know.
I had had a Windows computer but I just didn't want to have to change and update the software. My Telikin is easy to use. I also don't have to worry about my computer getting a virus. I had used Geek Squad but was never happy with their team. I love the support I can get 7 days a week from Telikin. Today I was working with Christine. She was an expert on the computer functions. She speaks very clearly and she explain everything to me in simple terms I can understand. She is patient. She is a top notch customer service rep.

Today Ben helped me manage a problem I could have never managed alone in a very caring manner. He showed me how to delete a large number of emails that were slowing my computer's operation.
