I love my wow computer. It has been a god send. The only thing I dislike is it will freeze. Today I worked with Christine from support. I want her to get 5 stars. I can't find the words to describe how exceptional she is. She is kind, understanding, considerate and extremely helpful!

Mary was very very understanding and patient with me. She showed me how to get onto my online banking. She went over the steps with me multiple time to make sure I understood how to do, Even when I start to panic she claimed me down and wouldn't let me give up. She created an email address for me on gmail.I highly recommend her excellent and understanding your needs and wants and she's a credit to the company.She also showed me the speech to text function on the computer. Andrew B has helped me above and beyond with Walmart orders, my zoosk profile and in learning how to use my computer. As a senior citizen I would be lost without him to walk me through the complicated world of computers. I wouldn't have a clue or know what to do without him! The computer would be useless to me without him remoting in to do what I don't know how to do.
James S***** helped me immensely, was patient, knowledgeable, was very grateful to answer the phone for me! He was a great help and really had the answers. I am so glad he is a part of the customer support team at telikin, they are fortunate to have him on the phone representing them!
