Mary was the one who came to my rescue today. I made a mess and she cleaned house. My email was a mess and she cleaned it out. She restored my contacts and pictures to my computer I thought I lost from my old cellphone. She didn't give up when the computer kept freezing. I was fortunate enough to have Jason answer my call to Telikin's customer support line. He patiently stayed right with me making several changes , or rather different possible solutions.
