I just wanted to say I had an awesome experience with customer service, specifically with Dale, He was extremely patient and took whatever amount of time to satisfy my needs.
I ran into a problem, I knew I could call my top rated customer support team with Telikin, Dale, my representative was online in no time immediately came on board my computer with me and explained all my problems I had today, and taught me how to do everything myself!
MattS absolutely wonderful today, treated me like i was his mother, would recommended telikin's support team any days, they are always tremendously helpful, MattS helped recovered my att account that att told me i had to write a letter to have the password reset.
