I had the pleasure of speaking with Matt S. when my computer would not turn on. He took the time to troubleshoot with me and it finally turned on.. He is pleasant , professional and very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and he took alot of time with me. I am forever grateful.
I just wanted to say I had an awesome experience with customer service, specifically with Dale, He was extremely patient and took whatever amount of time to satisfy my needs.
I ran into a problem, I knew I could call my top rated customer support team with Telikin, Dale, my representative was online in no time immediately came on board my computer with me and explained all my problems I had today, and taught me how to do everything myself!
