I appreciate all the help that i have gotten from Dale, is very patient and understanding of people who are new with the Internet, I would recommend him 5 stars.
Mary was the one who came to my rescue today. I made a mess and she cleaned house. My email was a mess and she cleaned it out. She restored my contacts and pictures to my computer I thought I lost from my old cellphone. She didn't give up when the computer kept freezing. Thank you Telikin for your support and knowledgeable techs. I didn't realize that this is one of the perks of your products. I would recommend your company to anyone!

I was fortunate enough to have Jason answer my call to Telikin's customer support line. He patiently stayed right with me making several changes , or rather different possible solutions. Ashley was quick and got me into my e-mail account, so that it works with my new iPhone. I like Telikin for making things simple, and giving me priority when I call.
