As a senior afraid of Technology this computer is a breeze to use. The company provides customer service that is like having your own computer specialist in your home. I love this computer I'm 78 years old and very challenged . I love Mary who helped me today with my email and printer . I needed to learn a lot and Mary was up to the job .I recommend this computer and tech support with all my heart . Mary made me feel so special when she helped me. She talked slow and went over everything with me step by step.

The technical support is superb. Every time I need to call support I get the best service. I love my WOW Computer. I had a choice to get a second WOW or a normal computer. I decided to go with another WOW. I've used these computer for several years and I am usually very satisfied.I worked with Christine today. She gave excellent service. I'm more than pleased. She helped to get rid of a lot of email that had been annoying me. She did a very nice job.
I am so happy that I have a Telikin laptop. Today a gentleman named Andre helped me by phone. I learned so much in just a few minutes. He was very patient and knowledgeable. The touchscreen is wonderful to use. Its easy to work. My Telikin keeps me in touch with the world, and my children and grand children. When I have a problem I can call support to have all my problems solved. Today I worked with Christine. She was very efficient and knew what the problem was before she even got into my computer.
The computer has a lot functions. I like the touchscreen and mouse. You have the option of using either and I really like the touchscreen. When I found out about VIP Support and automatic backup it sold the computer to me. Everyone at customer service are always friendly and knowledgeable. Christine was who I worked with. She was very knowledgeable. She knew right away what to fix to get my sound back.
