referral and VIP conference with AndrewB with AARP WOW computers. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable with the issues we had to accomplish. He was very patient, understanding and continued to find the problem and hopefully the solutions to the problem. He as like a bull dog, he wouldn't give up. Reminded me of myself. I would definitely hire him and/or give him a raise. Mary is a fantastic super awesome helper with my computer she has worked hard diligently and has helped and got it fixed and I'm going to have to order a new computer that okay. She helped fix my email problem. She stayed with me the whole time trying to fix it. She recommend the worry free program to me. She show me how to use speech to text on the computer. I love this computer can't wait to get the new one. I have had this computer for 9 years and I have recommended it to other people.

Rickey is the bomb! I cannot believe how much help and support he provided me in just one short session. He explained things so I could understand them and was patient beyond belief! He knows his stuff for sure and has a warm, friendly and professional approach to informing clients how and what to do. Rickey rocks!!!

To Whom It May Concern: OMG! Dale from WOW was INCREDIBLE. After trying a few times to connect to WOW and not having them follow through Dale was able to assist us and solved all of the issues. He was very friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable! We much appreciated his time. He did not rush any part of it, Being senior citizens this was much appreciated. Dale is a great addtion to the WOW support family!

The thing I like best is the customer service. I can ask a question and I get a human being to speak to and understand. Today I worked with Christine. She is the best! She was patient and extremely knowledgeable. I don't know what you pay your representatives but they are well worth it and deserve a raise. She works well with older people who are not as knowledgeable about computers.

To whom it may concern I worked with Mary she has a lot of patience and that is what I needed at this time. She took the time with me going over the computer. Showed me how to get to zoom and a few other web sites that are in my Favorites.She showed me how to transfer photos from my phone to the computer and many more other things.
