Ricky talked to me today to get this problem with my ID.me straighten out, it seems like he has done this hundreds of time before and ever had a problem getting it it straighten out for me today. I will always ask for Ricky when I call Telikin form now on. -D.L Hart

I am TOTALLY AMAZED with this computer and printer, the total amount of things it can do is exponentially wonderful!! I had no idea that anything could be so complex and perfect. It does things I could not have imagined. I can't wait to explore this wonderful computer. All of this would not have been possible to have been displayed without the patient understanding and experience of Dale. Out of all the agents, which was at least 4 different agents, Christine was the only agent who took the time to find out if my printer is compatible then take the steps to make it connect and print. I had been talking to agents for 3 hours today and Christine was able to work on my problem with in half an hour. I'm just so happy and I don't believe she was able to solve my problem so quickly.

I wish the Telikin had more memory to save items. The computer also needs to update it's dictionary and have auto-fill. Christine is knowledgeable. She is graciously patient and kind. Christine is not condescending in how she presents the information while she is fixing a problem. Just, totally conscientious in her efforts to succeed in serving me.

I was very pleased with the help that James gave me. He was very professional, kind, and patient. He solved my problem right away and showed me what he had done so I learn how to do it myself. I was unable to get to print some much needed tax forms because the former print job would not leave the screen. He also showed me how to delete a mass email. I am an almost 80 year young retired teacher. He was extremely patient with me and I feel that he is definitely an asset to the Telikin VIP support line. Donna G******

this is a review for Mary a representative of the Wow Computer Company. I have dealt with many many representatives, sales people, agents tech people dealing with Spectrum and other big companies. I have never met in a really long time anyone who was as doggedly committed to the successful completion of a task than Mary demonstrated.
