Dylan is a very helpful, patient skilled representative. He took the time to really explain the process to me in a way that I could understand. I appreciate his kindness, as it is rare to get such professional and pleasant customer service these days!

I love my Telikin. I have Macular Degeneration so I love the way I can change the text size on the computer. The user interface is well laid out. The user manual is nice. This is the best computer for seniors. The support is helpful as well. Today I worked with Christine. She is very professional. She is articulate. She is a good listener.
Alex D This customer service rep has been excellent on his job in helping me with my problem. His experience shows that he should get more of a raise than he does now for his knowledge. He is a great asset to your company and should be rewarded well.
I must let you know that David T.,your technical support agent, who helped me with my Telikin problems was terrific. No one else could do it and he did with the greatest patience possible. I will stay with Telikin or with a Wow because of the service he provided. He certainly deserves some special recognition for his performance in the help he gave me.
Today I was helped by Dylan H. He did an exceptional job helping me with getting a craigslist post updated and posted. Even was able to get and add pictures to my craigslist ad.
I AM SO THANKFUL TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE A COMPUTER LIKE THIS ONE. IT HAS BEEN A GREAT JOY AND GET ON AND ACCESS THE INTERNET AND START UP PROGRAMS, CONTACTS, PHOTOS. I CAN ALWAYS TRUST THAT I ALWAYS GOT THE BEST HELP EVERY TIME.
