Chris has spent so much time with me this am. My computer had become so slow & I thought perhaps it is dying. He erased thousands of trashed emails (with my OK). From now on I will be careful to keep that trash bin less full! Chris has a very pleasing way of guiding an owners participation in the deleting process, as well as investigation of a problem.
