She was also very helpful, considerate, and understanding, patient, courteous, Currently, I have recommended this computer to three other older people. And one has already bought it, and the other two are going to get one. They saw it and said they'd get one of them. They were impressed with the size of the screen and amenities that went along with it, like the lifelong updates.
Telikin computers are so easy to use for us older people whose memory is not what it used to be. and customer support guys like Zack make it even more user friendly.
