Chris has been tremendous help, answering all my questions. He has the two most important traits that a good teacher has to have. Patience and Persistance He spends the time needed to answer your question and is persistant enough to try differant ways of explaining things till he,s sure you understand how to fix your problem. Chris has spent so much time with me this am. My computer had become so slow & I thought perhaps it is dying. He erased thousands of trashed emails (with my OK). From now on I will be careful to keep that trash bin less full! Chris has a very pleasing way of guiding an owners participation in the deleting process, as well as investigation of a problem.
