I purchased a 2018 Prius. The experience that my wife and I had was quite positive. The salesperson was new, yet he was respectful, sensitive to our needs, enthusiastic, but didn't try to hardsell us.Aaron was his name and although we were his first sale, he never made a move until we assured him that we were definitely certain that the Prius was the best vehicle for us and that we were ready to do the deal. Great Service Brian provided very high Quality service. Brian noted that there was a new recall, which he remediated. Brian was helpful about the additional service contract information and recommendation. The Department was friendly.

Smooth Service Valet car service at the entrance and usually an hour or less wait for car service. Also, TV, internet, snacks (at reasonable prices) and coffee available. What's not to like?

No management operational policy intengerty I was trying to purchase a used vehicle from out of state. Negotiated a price, gave debit card information for deposit. Someone “local” arrived to look at the same vehicle. Was told "management would allow this new customer an opportunity to match my deal". They sold the vehicle to the local person and did not honor my deposit. I had a positive experience with the salesperson involved, they apologized, but said it was a management decision. New car purchase 2018 Toyota Sienna Jon Fritz Lagua was great. He answered all my questions about the car, the rebates, and my trade in value. In addition he went out of his way to break down the difference between leasing vs buying. His excellent input helped me tremendously. He has a great personality and was very friendly. No high pressure tactics just let me make my own decision. Outstanding!!!

Vishala walks on water and doesnt get wet! Requested that a loose heat shield over the muffler be refastened to stop rattling. The service tech simply removed it and charged me $60. I was told by the tech that it wasn’t necessary. I disagreed. Auto manufacturers don’t put anything into a car unless it’s necessary, required or purchased as an option. I insisted the heat shield be reattached. They had thrown it away claiming it was not usable so they put on a new one and charged half the cost of the new shield. Vishala was coo... read more
