Hello, I have been coming to this Toyota business for over 31 years and just bought my 4 th vehicle on May 30th. I have always been impressed by your friendly attitude and knowledge of the cars. Problem: Dealership lowballs DMV fees at purchase, later demands more money. They lowballed my DMV registration fee at just $15 (no mention of "estimate") during purchase. Weeks later, they sent an alarming letter demanding an additional $490, claiming an internal “coding error” switched it from a transfer to a new registration. Classic bait-and-switch tactic to squeeze extra money from customers after the deal is signed. Save yourself the headache and buy somewhere else!
