Ok experience; Manager was so pushy. Sales person was really good but the Manager was really pushy. He confused me to the level that I had two choices either accept what he was saying or just leave the showroom.

General check-up of Prius 2008 I brought my car, Prius 2008 for a general check-up for any maintenance or replacement of parts that I am not aware of. I was told by Ms. Vishala Patel that I would have to wait for an hour and a half for the said concern to be completed. It really did take 1.5 hours and I was charged the amount of $94.64. I was also told of the recommendations of the attending mechanic related to the maintenance of my Prius 2008. Feedback: I find 1.5 hours and $94.64 a bit too much. 5000 Mile Service - 2017 86 My 2017 Toyota 86 was in for it's 5000 mi service. Making the appointment was quick and easy. Service was done in 1 hour of appointment time. Valet receipt of vehicle from service dept. was extremely helpful and all staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Great Service!
